Agreement to Terms of Use
These terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the website located at https://kinvale.co.uk (the “Site”) and your use of the same. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. Using the Site implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

The Site is owned by Kinvale (“Kinvale, we or us”).

Applicable Law
These Terms of Use, their subject matter and formation shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kinvale with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding that subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Kinvale.
