Do you provide customized solutions for different businesses?

For smaller businesses, we tend to support with annual 'snapshot' surveys to capture a regular temperature check. For larger businesses, we recommend increasing the frequency, broadening the scope to capture wider data points including buyer persona, and adding in voice of the customer interviews to provide a more holistic dataset.

As part of our snapshot service, we provide survey-on-survey comparisons, so you can track changes over time and see where your business is improving or needs to improve.
